Children’s Residential Care Practitioner

Al Barr Care is a family-oriented company looking to recruit a dedicated Children’s Residential Care Practitioner for our therapeutic home. Starting as foster carers in 2004, we have witnessed the gaps in the care system, where the well-being of children and young people was not always prioritized. As a result, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care in a nurturing environment for children who have experienced early trauma.

We are currently looking for individuals who are passionate, hardworking, and ready to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. Whether you’re new to residential care or have experience in working with children and young people in a residential setting, we want to hear from you.
